Chicken Bacon Ranch Pull Apart Rolls

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients
  

12-pack refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: additional shredded cheese for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan or a round baking dish.

    Prepare the Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit in half to create smaller pieces.

      Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-mixed.

        Assemble the Rolls: Take each biscuit piece and flatten it slightly. Place a spoonful of the chicken-bacon-ranch mixture in the center, then pull the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll it into a ball shape.

          Layer in the Pan: Place the filled biscuit balls into the prepared bundt pan, stacking them on top of each other until all of the filling has been used.

            Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with a pinch of salt and brush it over the top of the dough balls. If desired, sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top.

              Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

                Cool & Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter and garnish with extra chives if desired.

                  Pull Apart & Enjoy: Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy chicken bacon ranch goodness as you pull apart the rolls!
