3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans) (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat the mixture together until it is smooth and well-combined, then add the egg and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until fully incorporated.

      Combine the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
