Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked ground beef (seasoned with taco seasoning)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Salsa and sour cream (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix everything together until well combined.

Roll Out Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.

Assemble Taco Sticks: On the wider end of each triangle, place a generous spoonful of the taco filling. Starting from the wide end, roll the dough toward the point to form a stick. Ensure the filling is sealed inside the dough as you roll.

Egg Wash: Place the rolled taco sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the taco sticks are golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
