Ingredients

4 low-carb tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup pepperoni slices

1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Olive oil spray

Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the pizza sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Lay out the low-carb tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the pizza sauce mixture on each tortilla, leaving a little space at the edges.

Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by an even layer of pepperoni slices.

Carefully roll up the tortillas tightly, like a burrito, ensuring the fillings stay tucked inside.

Place the roll-ups seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil to achieve a golden color when baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the roll-ups are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces.

Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping and garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
