2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Olive oil for brushing

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the spinach leaves on each tortilla, followed by the cheesy chicken mixture, placing it in the center of each.

        Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll it from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is secure inside.

          Brush and Bake: Place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
