Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Olive oil, for drizzling

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with a handful of fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and black olives if using.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drizzle with a little olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the wraps are crispy and the cheese has melted.

Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing them in half. Garnish with chopped parsley for an extra touch.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
