Ingredients
  

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¾ cup milk

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

2 tablespoons garlic butter (for brushing)

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.

      Pour in the melted butter and milk, then mix until a soft dough forms.

        Gently fold in the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.

          Scoop out small portions of dough (about 2 tablespoons each) and flatten them slightly in your hand.

            Place a teaspoon of remaining Parmesan cheese in the center of each flattened dough portion, and wrap the dough around the cheese to form a ball. Pinch the seams to seal tightly.

              Arrange the biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.

                In a small bowl, mix garlic butter and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of each biscuit bomb for flavor and shine.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown on top.

                    Allow to cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley if using, then serve warm.
