Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with Ranch Drizzle

9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

2 cups ricotta cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup ranch dressing (for drizzle)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook Lasagna Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is fully coated with the sauce.

        Assemble the Lasagna: In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top, followed by 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, 1/3 of the mozzarella, and 1/3 of the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layering process two more times (chicken, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, cheddar).

          Top Layer: For the final layer, add the remaining chicken mixture on top, and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over it.

            Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

              Drizzle with Ranch: Once baked, remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

                Serve: Cut the lasagna into squares and serve warm, enjoying the layered flavors of buffalo chicken and cheesy goodness!
