Ingredients

1 pound fresh large strawberries

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)

Chocolate drizzle (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: Wash the strawberries and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut the tops off and carefully hollow out the inside of each strawberry using a paring knife or a small spoon, being careful not to break the walls.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Using a hand mixer, mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Fill the Strawberries: Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cheesecake mixture, being generous with the filling.

Add the Graham Cracker Crust: Dip the cheesecake-stuffed end of each strawberry into the graham cracker crumbs, ensuring that the mixture sticks to the filling.

Chill: Place the stuffed strawberries on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the filling.

Garnish and Serve: Before serving, you can drizzle chocolate over the stuffed strawberries and add a dollop of whipped cream if desired. Enjoy your delicious Valentine's Day treat!
