Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

10 large egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Your favorite dipping sauce (ketchup, mustard, or special sauce)

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Drain excess fat from the skillet and add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix in the diced pickles if using, and remove from heat.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly before stirring in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Lay out an egg roll wrapper with a corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture near the corner.

Fold the corner over the filling and roll it up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Seal the edges with a little water.

Heat oil in a deep pot or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot (around 350°F), carefully drop in the egg rolls in batches, frying for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove the egg rolls with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with your chosen dipping sauce for a delicious twist on a classic cheeseburger!
