Ingredients
  

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.

    Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.

      Using your hands, shape the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and set aside on a baking sheet.

        In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

          Roll each cheese ball in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Place them back on the baking sheet.

            Once all the cheese balls are coated, heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).

              Carefully add the cheese balls to the hot oil, a few at a time. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, turning them occasionally.

                Once cooked, remove the cheese balls and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

                  Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
