Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball

Ingredients
  

16 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 cup chopped green onions (scallions)

1 cup crumbled cooked bacon (about 6-8 strips)

1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts for a different texture)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Crackers or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix. Mix until well-blended and creamy.

    Stir in the chopped green onions, crumbled bacon, and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly.

      Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cheeseball to firm up.

        Once chilled, spread the chopped pecans (or walnuts) on a plate. Unwrap the cheeseball and roll it in the nuts, pressing gently to adhere them to the surface.

          Transfer the cheeseball to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with your choice of crackers or vegetable sticks for dipping.
