Ingredients

1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4-5 bars)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for a smoother texture)

Crushed peanuts (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars and peanut butter. Mix well until fully blended.

Gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture, stirring until a thick dough forms. If the mixture is too sticky, you can add a little more powdered sugar.

Once combined, take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet.

Freeze the formed balls for about 30 minutes, until they are firm.

Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. If using, stir in the coconut oil to the melted chocolate for a smoother consistency.

Remove the chilled balls from the freezer. Dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to lift the balls out, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.

Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top before the chocolate sets.

Once all the balls are coated, chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.

Serve and enjoy your delicious Butterfinger Balls!
