Ingredients

1 cup smooth peanut butter

1 ½ cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 5-6 bars)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable shortening

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the smooth peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy bars, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Gradually fold in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is fully incorporated; it should be thick enough to hold its shape.

Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is formed into balls, placing them on a lined baking sheet.

Once all the balls are formed, freeze them for about 30 minutes to firm up.

While the balls are chilling, melt the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Remove the chilled balls from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coating. Use a fork to lift them out and allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before the chocolate sets.

Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or place them in the fridge to speed up the process.

Once set, enjoy these delightful treats or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
