4 cups powdered sugar

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons butterscotch sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

A pinch of salt

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
