Ingredients

1 package (16 oz) fresh or frozen cheese ravioli

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Cook the Ravioli: If using frozen ravioli, cook according to package instructions. If using fresh ravioli, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then reduce heat and cook the ravioli for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add garlic powder, Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Toast the Ravioli: Carefully add the cooked ravioli to the skillet, making sure they are coated in the seasoned butter. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they’re golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Add Cheese: Once the ravioli are nice and crispy, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over them. Let it melt and adhere to the ravioli for about 1-2 minutes.

Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat. Transfer the crispy, cheesy ravioli to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
