8 oz. penne pasta

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened (about 3-4 minutes). Then, add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.

      Prepare Sauce: Lower the heat to medium-low, then stir in the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and chicken broth. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

        Combine Chicken and Pasta: Add the cooked shredded chicken to the sauce, mixing until the chicken is well coated. Then gently fold in the drained penne pasta until everything is well combined.
