Ingredients

1 pound shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced green onions

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

Celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, buffalo wing sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Roll Out the Dough: Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean, floured surface. Tear it into triangles as indicated on the package.

Fill the Bombs: Take a triangle of the crescent dough and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the wide end. Then, fold the corners of the triangle over the filling and roll it up tightly to form a ball. Ensure that the filling is completely sealed inside. Repeat this with the remaining dough and filling.

Prepare for Baking: Place the prepared buffalo chicken bombs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart. Brush each bomb with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over the top for added flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping and celery sticks on the side. Enjoy your Buffalo Chicken Bombs!
