Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Optional: Vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt for serving

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined and forms a paste.

Brush the cut sides of the peach halves generously with the brown sugar mixture.

Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 4-5 minutes, until you see grill marks and the peaches start to soften.

Carefully flip the peaches over and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes, until warmed through and slightly caramelized.

Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh mint leaves, and if desired, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of Greek yogurt to add a creamy contrast.
