Ingredients

For the Dough:

4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

1 cup warm milk (110°F)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1/2 tsp salt

For the Filling:

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a large bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

      - Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.

        - Gradually add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

          First Rise:

            - Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.

              Make the Filling:

                - In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter. Mix well until creamy.

                  Roll Out the Dough:

                    - After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle (about 16x12 inches) on a floured surface.

                      - Spread the cinnamon filling evenly across the dough, leaving a 1-inch edge clean. Sprinkle blueberries over the filling.

                        Form the Rolls:

                          - Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seam to seal. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces.

                            Second Rise:

                              - Place the rolls in a greased baking dish or a lined pan. Cover with a cloth and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes until puffed.

                                Bake the Rolls:

                                  - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

                                    Prepare the Cream Cheese Glaze:

                                      - While the rolls bake, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

                                        Serve:

                                          - Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven. Let them cool slightly before drizzling with the cream cheese glaze. Serve warm.
