Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Extra graham cracker crumbs (for coating)

Optional: chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

Prep the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix together the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Set aside.

Prepare the Dough: Take a biscuit from the biscuit dough and flatten it into a disc about 3 inches in diameter.

Fill the Bombs: Place about 1 tablespoon of the marshmallow and chocolate mixture in the center of the dough disc. Gently fold the edges of the dough over to encase the filling and seal securely. Roll it into a ball to ensure all contents are sealed inside.

Coat the Bombs: Roll each ball in the graham cracker crumbs until fully coated and set aside.

Heat the Oil: In a deep frying pan, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Bombs: Carefully drop the coated s'mores bombs into the hot oil (do this in batches to avoid overcrowding) and fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to flip them halfway through for even cooking.

Drain and Cool: Once golden and crispy, remove the bombs from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Finish and Serve: Dust the warm fried s'mores bombs with powdered sugar and additional graham cracker crumbs for extra flavor. If desired, drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
