1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

8 ounces egg noodles

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (any color)

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Green onions for garnish

Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

    Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Stir-fry the Vegetables: In a large skillet or wok, heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion, garlic, broccoli florets, bell pepper, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

        Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.

          Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the beef. Pour in the beef broth and oyster sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated.

            Mix in Noodles: Add the drained egg noodles to the skillet, tossing gently to combine until the noodles are coated in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
