8 oz ramen noodles

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 cup beef broth

2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook Ramen Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.

    Prepare Beef Marinade: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and half of the minced garlic and grated ginger. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

      Stir-Fry Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes or until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove beef from pan and set aside.

        Cook Veggies: In the same skillet, add the remaining garlic and ginger, along with the sliced onion and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, or until the broccoli is vibrant green and tender-crisp.

          Combine Ingredients: Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the beef broth and mix well, allowing it to simmer for about 2 minutes.

            Add Noodles: Toss in the cooked ramen noodles and gently stir everything together, ensuring the noodles are well-coated with the sauce and mixed with the beef and broccoli.

              Garnish and Serve: Transfer the Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry to serving plates, and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
