8 oz ramen noodles (fresh or dried)

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Cook the Ramen: In a large pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

    Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch slurry, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

      Stir-Fry: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

        Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper, stirring occasionally for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

          Combine: Return the beef to the skillet with the cooked vegetables. Add the cooked ramen noodles.

            Add Sauces: Pour in the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together, ensuring the noodles, beef, and vegetables are evenly coated in the sauce.

              Thicken Sauce: Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
