Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (plus more for garnish)

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside a portion of the sauce for serving.

Season the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Generously brush the mustard dill sauce over the top of the salmon fillets evenly.

Bake the Salmon: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Serve: Once baked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with a drizzle of the reserved sauce on top and garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon wedges on the side.

Enjoy: Pair with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad, and enjoy your flavorful baked salmon!
