Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

1 cup bacon, chopped (preferably thick-cut)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until it's crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
