1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

1 cup panko bread crumbs

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for heat)

Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Cauliflower: In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk together to create a dry mix. In another bowl, pour in the almond milk.

      Coat Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret first into the almond milk, allowing excess to drip off, and then coat it in the flour mixture.

        Panko Coating: Place the coated florets on a plate and cover them with panko bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds. Press lightly to ensure the panko adheres well.

          Air Fry Cauliflower: Arrange the coated cauliflower pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray or brush with oil to help them crisp up. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

            Prepare Sauce: While the cauliflower wings cook, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using) in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to your taste.

              Toss Cauliflower: Once cooked, place the crispy cauliflower wings in a large bowl, and drizzle the sauce over them. Gently toss until all wings are evenly coated.

                Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and additional sesame seeds. Serve hot alongside your favorite dipping sauce.
