1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Prepare the Gnocchi: Start by cooking the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Usually, this involves boiling them in salted water until they float to the top (about 2-3 minutes). Drain them and pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

    Season the Gnocchi: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked and dried gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Ensure all the gnocchi are evenly coated.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
