Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced pickles

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

10 egg roll wrappers

Cooking spray

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Prepare the Filling:

    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Add diced onion and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

      Assemble the Egg Rolls:

        Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with one corner facing you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling onto the wrapper. Sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

          Roll the Egg Rolls:

            Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides inward. Roll it away from you to create a tight roll. Seal the top corner with a little water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

              Air Frying:

                Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. Spray the top with cooking spray for extra crispiness.

                  Cook:

                    Air fry the egg rolls for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Depending on your air fryer, cooking times may vary, so keep an eye on them!

                      Serve:

                        Once cooked, remove the egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ranch, barbecue, or additional ketchup and mustard. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired for an extra crunch!
