Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup flaked coconut (unsweetened or sweetened based on preference)

1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work wonderfully)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the base layer.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust, spreading it gently with a spatula to cover the entire surface.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the condensed milk layer, followed by the butterscotch chips.

Next, add the flaked coconut, ensuring an even layer.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the coconut layer, and finally, finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt to enhance the flavors.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and bubbling.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan. For best results, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the layers to set.

Once set, carefully lift the bars out of the pan using parchment paper edges and cut them into squares or bars.
