Ingredients

Crust Layer:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup sugar

Chocolate Layer:

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Nut Butter Layer:

¾ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

¾ cup powdered sugar

Topping Layer:

½ cup shredded coconut

½ cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)

½ cup mini chocolate chips

¼ cup toffee bits (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch (or equivalent) baking dish to create an even crust.

Make the Chocolate Layer: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour this mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.

Prepare the Nut Butter Layer: In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, honey, and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chocolate layer and spread it evenly using a spatula.

Add the Topping Layer: Evenly sprinkle shredded coconut, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, and toffee bits (if using) over the nut butter layer, pressing down gently to help them adhere.

Chill and Set: Cover the baking dish with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Serve: Once chilled and set, remove the bars from the baking dish using the edges of the foil or parchment paper. Cut into squares or bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
