Ingredients

1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies

1 cup creamy peanut butter

16 oz chocolate melting wafers (or chocolate chips)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, place the entire pack of Oreo cookies. Pulse until they are finely crushed, resembling crumb texture. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Mix in Peanut Butter: Add the cup of creamy peanut butter to the crushed Oreos. Combine using a spatula or your hands until fully incorporated and you achieve a dough-like consistency.

Form Balls: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill: Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes until they are firm.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate melting wafers (or chocolate chips) in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely smooth.

Coat the Oreo Balls: Take each chilled ball and dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully covered. Use a fork to lift it out, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off. Return the coated ball to the baking sheet.

Set the Coating: Once all balls are coated, place them back in the fridge for another 15 minutes to let the chocolate harden.

Serve and Enjoy: Once the chocolate has set, your Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls are ready to be enjoyed! You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
