Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup self-rising flour

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until they are smooth and free of lumps.

Gradually add the self-rising flour to the mashed bananas, stirring until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Lightly flour your hands and scoop out small portions of the dough, rolling them into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the donut holes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch each other for even cooking.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown and fluffy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Once cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
